This product is mainly used for silk screen printing and pad printing of various metal, glass, vacuum electroplating, water electroplating, electrophoresis, anodic aluminum oxide, electrolytic plate, aluminum plastic plate, plastic spraying, powder spraying, electrostatic painting surface, baking paint surface, as well as various ceiling oxidation plate, mirror panel, film coated plate, roller coated plate and other products

Ink characteristics:

Flat, good adhesion, gasoline and chemical resistance;

Good hand feel, good leveling and smooth surface;

Good surface hardness, strong impact resistance and scratch resistance;

Good resistance to gasoline, alcohol and chemicals;
Printing: 100-350 mesh mesh is selected, and the coating coverage area is 30 ~ 35 ㎡ per kilogram based on 120t mesh

The surface drying time volatilizes naturally for 5-15 minutes, the actual drying time is within 24 hours, and the best performance is achieved after 48 hours

Open oil and water with supporting special diluent

Or add 10% of the supporting hardener to increase the adhesion and improve the hardness of the ink film

It is better to bake in the oven at 80 ℃ for 10 minutes

Test method (after complete drying):

usage method:

It is recommended to dilute with our company's special diluent, not 783 slow drying diluent
It should be fully stirred before use and sealed at any time after use
