Product features: high brightness, high covering power, good adhesion, water boiling resistance, alcohol resistance, hand sweat resistance, white electric oil resistance, gasoline resistance, positive resistance - and various animal and vegetable oils, etc

Diluent: use our b-03 diluent or 783 oil, and use 718 screen washing water to clean the screen

Curing agent: it is used in one component and can be added for special requirements
Js-10 curing agent is used to increase ink adhesion and physicochemical resistance
The addition amount is 10% - 15%
Increasing the addition proportion of curing agent can strengthen the adhesion, but it will weaken the ink color concentration and slow down the ink drying speed
When the addition proportion of curing agent exceeds 20%, it is necessary to bake and dry

Ink blending method: stir evenly before opening the can, and dilute the required amount of ink to the appropriate printing viscosity
After mixing with the curing agent for 10 minutes, the curing agent shall be added, and then the curing agent shall be fully diluted

Drying time: normal temperature drying, surface drying time of 5-10 minutes, actual drying time of less than 24 hours, and performance after 48 hours

Use time limit after adding curing agent: 6-8 hours

Alcohol resistance test: dip absorbent cotton with 99% industrial alcohol at 500g force level for 500 times without decolorization

Gasoline resistance test: dip 93# gasoline with absorbent cotton and come back at 500g force level for 30 times without discoloration

White electric oil resistance test: dip 6# white electric oil with absorbent cotton and come back 200 times at the force level of 500g without decolorization

Positive resistance test: dip it with absorbent cotton and come back 200 times at the force level of 500g without discoloration

Hand sweat resistance test: press the printing surface tightly with your thumb for 5 minutes, and then rub it back and forth for 100 times without discoloration

Grease resistance test: apply engine oil, antirust oil, peanut oil, butter and salad oil at room temperature for 24 hours, then wipe it off, and then mark 100 grids with 3M tape to test that 100% does not fall off

Boiling resistance test: boil in boiling water for 30 minutes, take it out and wipe it dry, and then draw a hundred grids with 3M adhesive tape to test that 100% does not fall off
