  Baking varnish is a silk screen printing ink
MPL series -- one component metal ink without hardener
1  MPL series is used for screen printing of various metals and metal painting moths
This ink is used when adhesion and drug resistance are required
It is different from the two liquid epoxy ink of MPL series
It contains a liquid nature of catalyst and takes baking and drying as the premise

2  Type: a liquid heat hardening ink mixed with special synthetic resin and epoxy resin
Generally, this ink needs high temperature baking

Usage: aluminum, galvanized iron plate, stainless steel, iron and these painted plates are more suitable for screen printing of nameplate, electrical supplies, signs, etc
4 appearance: shiny, smooth finished products can be obtained

5 drying conditions: on the premise of heating and drying
The standard condition for heating and drying is to heat at 150 ℃ for 30 minutes

6 dilution: T-1000 is used for viscosity adjustment
It is appropriate to use ink 100 to 10-15

Adhesion: it has strong adhesion to metal and painted surface

), they are particularly affected by moisture during use
The unique color of epoxy resin is separated from the coating, so please pay attention

2 on the premise of baking, it should be kept in a cold and dark place with little influence of external air during storage

Catalytic drying with hardener, but sometimes the built-in hardener is affected by external gas or stored for too long, and the catalytic performance is weakened
At this time, the original performance can be maintained when H2 catalyst is supplemented with less than 1% (weight ratio)
Therefore, the products to be stored for a long time should be tested and confirmed before use

4 when the background ink is too hardened, the overprint adhesion will be reduced and fall off
When multi-color overprint is carried out, the ink at the bottom and lower layers can only be dried for a short time, and can be reprinted on the top
After all colors are printed, they can be dried normally and completely

5 when applied to glass products, compared with metal and its painted printed matter, it will slightly reduce the water and moisture resistance
