Scope of application: This product is mainly used for screen printing and pad printing of PP, PP + CF (glass fiber), PA nylon, PA nylon plus CF (glass fiber), bakelite, pet, PBT and other products

Product features: bright, high temperature resistant edible oil, detergent, butter, alcohol, n-hexane and boiling

Diluent: dilute the ink with the company's b-03 special diluent or 783, and clean the screen with 718 screen washing water

Treatment agent: PP materials need to be coated on the printing surface with our b-9140 treatment agent before printing

Screen and scraping: suitable for 80t-140t (200 mesh - 350 mesh) polyester screen, polyurethane PU oily scraping

Drying conditions and time: drying temperature 80 ℃ 100 ℃ 120 ℃ drying time 60 minutes 45 minutes 30 minutes
The baking temperature of this product shall not exceed 150 ℃
This product must be baked until it is completely dry
The inspection method is that the baked printed pattern can not be scraped off by nail, and the five-step test can only be carried out if it cannot be removed by 3M tape
[performance test] test the following steps in sequence at the same printing position, and repeat the cycle for 5 times: 1
First pour boiling edible oil on the pattern surface, then wipe it back and forth with absorbent cotton at the force level of 500g for 50 times without discoloration, and pour oil again every 5 times; 2
Then use a wet cloth to stick with household detergent and wipe it back and forth at the force level of 500g for 50 times without decolorization; 3
Then coat the printing part with edible butter, place it at room temperature for 24 hours, and wipe it with a wet cloth without discoloration; 4
Then wipe it back and forth with absorbent cotton covered with 99% industrial alcohol at the force level of 500g for 50 times without decolorization; 5
Finally, use 3M tape to stick and pull it from different directions for 4 times without falling off; 6
After the above steps are tested for 5 cycles, mark 100 grids with 3M tape to test that there is no falling off

A small amount of trial printing shall be conducted to confirm that it meets the requirements before mass production

Do a good job in removing grease and impurities on the surface of the substrate to promote the adhesion effect

The testing of adhesion, hardness, acid resistance, alcohol resistance, chemical resistance, scratch resistance, wear resistance and other properties can only be tested after complete curing

Without permission, this series of ink shall not be mixed with other types of ink and color matching

No fireworks are allowed during the use and storage of ink and diluent
