An explosion-proof PLC control cabinet (including PLC control system as the master station) is configured at the belt head of the main shaft, and an explosion-proof PLC control cabinet (including PLC control system as the slave station) is configured for the downhill belt and the primary belt head respectively
The slave station and the master station are connected through optical fiber, and the master station is connected to the nearby industrial ring network to realize remote data transmission

3 Belt protection sensor configuration
Sensor distribution principle: each belt is equipped with an intrinsically safe speed sensor, an intrinsically safe belt longitudinal tear sensor and mine intrinsically safe smoke sensor; An intrinsically safe emergency stop sensor is arranged every 100m, and a pair of intrinsically safe deviation sensors are arranged every 100m; Each belt transfer head is equipped with a coal blockage sensor; One public address telephone shall be arranged every 100m along the belt

System startup and shutdown process

Local control mode

Control characteristics
l During centralized control, the belt conveyor and coal feeder are locked, and the front belt and rear belt of overlapping belt are locked
l During local control, the belt can meet different operation modes such as inching, low-speed belt inspection operation and normal production operation
l There is audible and visual warning before the equipment is started, and the warning information is transmitted to each belt along the line through the public address telephone
l When a belt breaks down, the equipment stops immediately before the coal flow to prevent coal blockage
After the coal flow, the equipment continues to operate until the belt is empty to avoid heavy load start of the belt
l When the communication between the main station and the sub station is blocked, it can be switched to the local communication state conveniently
Status display
l Equipment information display: it has the status display function of driving motor and brake; Motor current and temperature display
l Sensor simulation shows: belt speed, drum temperature, tension of tensioning device and bunker height
l Sensor switch display: emergency stop, deviation, coal stacking, smoke, tearing, public address telephone locking, etc
Voice signal system
l The key positions (points) of the belt are equipped with signal and voice systems

Display function
The main operating conditions and dynamic parameters of each belt protection system are displayed on the computer

On the computer screen, the start and stop status of belt and coal feeder and the coal level height of coal bunker are displayed in real time at the same time
