XJ01 series 22KW self coupling starting cabinet is applicable to three-phase AC moto

  Scope of application this series of products are suitable for step-down starting of three-phase squirrel cage induction motors with AC 50Hz (or 60Hz), voltage of 380V or 660V and power of 11 ~ 315KW
They have overload, phase failure, short circuit and other protection for motors, and overload protection for starting time for autotransformer
The performance of this series of products meets the relevant provisions of iec292-4 and JB / dq6187-86

Use environment
1  The maximum ambient air temperature shall not exceed + 40 ℃, and the minimum temperature shall not be lower than - 5 ℃;
2  The average temperature of ambient air for 24 hours shall not exceed 35 ℃;
3  The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m
4  The monthly average maximum humidity of the air is not more than 90% (when the average temperature is 25 ℃)
5  The pollution level of local micro environment around the starting cabinet shall not exceed level 3

1  This product is a cabinet type protective structure
It is composed of autotransformer, automatic switch, AC contactor, thermal relay, current, time converter, intermediate relay and other components

2  This product has two working modes: manual and automatic
It can be switched automatically or manually by the change-over switch
At the same time, the remote control input terminal is used for remote control

3  The autotransformer is equipped with 65% (or 60%) of rated voltage and 80% of second gear taps, which are connected to 65% (or 60%) taps when leaving the factory
If users need to change to 80% taps, they can also explain the tap position to be connected when ordering
