  1、 Overview this series of self coupling decompression starting control cabinet is suitable for three-phase squirrel cage induction motors with AC 50Hz and voltage of 660V and below
It is used for infrequent self coupling decompression starting
The step-down starting of autotransformer is used to reduce the influence of motor starting current on transmission network, accelerate the motor to rated speed and stop the motor artificially, and protect the motor from overload, phase failure, short circuit and so on
The autotransformer is equipped with overload protection for starting time

2、 Structural features
This series of self coupling decompression starting control cabinet is a box type protective structure, which is composed of autotransformer, circuit breaker, AC contactor, thermal relay, current time converter, overcurrent relay, ammeter and other components

There are three working modes: manual, automatic and remote control
Manual and automatic are switched by the change-over switch
The remote control is equipped with input terminals for remote control operation
The autotransformer is equipped with two taps of 65% (or 60%) and 80% of the rated voltage, which are connected to 80% of the taps when leaving the factory
If necessary, the user can change to 65% (60%) of the tap position, or specify the tap position to be connected when ordering
For products above 90kw, it is equipped with energy-saving silent operation device, which can save energy and reduce noise
The energy-saving device is controlled by the master switch and can be manually input or removed
