3、 Equipment workflow
The detailed operation steps are as follows:

Power on: turn on the power switch on the side of the machine
After the self-test of the filler is completed, the filler enters the initial interface (as follows)

After the filling gun is connected with the quick connector of the air conditioner, press the start button on the filling machine, and the equipment starts to work automatically according to the preset parameters; You can select the corresponding process parameters according to different products on the setting page, and support the entry of 100 product parameters (machine model, refrigerant type, charging amount and other information)
Note: the vacuum degree, vacuum rising pressure value, vacuum detection time and supplementary vacuum pumping time can be set in the parameter setting, or can be filled directly with the parameters set by our company
The vacuum degree setting and vacuum can be adjusted according to the on-site requirements
Test time setting, refrigerant filling pressure and other data can be set by the system

For different refrigerants, we can directly select the set data in the system
Our company will input the common refrigerants and the special refrigerants used by customers on site into the system in advance
If there is a new refrigerant in the later stage, we can provide the refrigerant data directly, so as to update the data of refrigerant replacement on the production site

First, the filling machine vacuumizes the air conditioner
Within the set time, if the vacuum degree is qualified, enter the vacuum pressure maintaining leakage detection
If the vacuum is unqualified (the vacuum will rise), supplement the vacuum of the air conditioner
If the vacuum supplement still fails to reach the set value, alarm and stop the operation; If the vacuum degree is within the qualified range after vacuum detection, proceed to the next step;
a) Vacuum degree setting: it is generally recommended to be 30 ~ 130pa, which can be set according to the on-site working conditions, and the factory setting is 30Pa (the workpiece can be filled only when the vacuum degree of the workpiece reaches this setting value in the automatic mode)

b) Vacuum pick-up pressure value: factory set 400pa (after the workpiece vacuum reaches the set 30Pa in the automatic mode, the program turns to the vacuum detection link
Within the set vacuum detection time (factory set 2S), if the vacuum does not rise beyond the upper limit pressure value of vacuum pick-up, the vacuum detection is qualified, and the program turns to the filling link)

c) The vacuum valve is closed and the filling valve is opened to enter the workpiece filling link
