XJ01 self coupling decompression starting cabinet
Product application: XJ01 series self coupling decompression starting control box is suitable for AC voltage 380V, frequency 50Hz, power 11kw-500kw, with three-phase rat induction motor for decompression starting and stopping
The working principle uses the step-down method of self coupling transformer to reduce the voltage and output large current to improve the impact of large current on the transmission network when the motor starter starts, and has the protection functions of motor phase loss, overload and so on

1、 Starting performance
When starting the motor in the self coupling decompression starting cabinet, the starting current of the power incoming line shall not exceed 3 ~ 4 times of the rated current of the motor, and its maximum starting time is 2 minutes (including the sum of one or several consecutive starting times)
If the sum of continuous starting time 98 has reached 2 minutes, the cooling time of starting shall not be less than 4 hours before starting again
Therefore, this product is only used for long-term intermittent starting, Not suitable for use under frequent operating conditions

2、 Product structure
The self coupling decompression starting cabinet is a box type protective structure, which is composed of autotransformer, AC contactor, intelligent digital display motor protector (time relay, time relay) and other components
For products of 75kW and below, it adopts automatic control mode
Products of 80kW and above have manual and automatic control modes, which are switched by transfer switch, The intelligent digital display motor protector can automatically adjust and control the starting time within 0 ~ 240 seconds
The autotransformer is equipped with two groups of taps with rated voltage of 60% (65%) and 80%, which are connected to 60% (65%) taps when leaving the factory
If the user needs to use large starting torque, it can be connected to 80% taps, and has overload, phase failure and voltage loss protection

4、 Installation and use

the altitude shall not exceed 2000m;
(2)
the temperature of surrounding medium shall not be higher than + 40 ℃ and not lower than - 10 ℃;
(3)
the relative humidity of the air shall not be greater than 85%;

vibration with amplitude no more than 0
5mm and frequency no more than 600 times per minute;

the inclination to the vertical plane shall not exceed 5 degrees;

in the medium without explosion hazard, and there is no place in the medium that is sufficient to corrode metal, destroy insulation gas and conductive dust

(8) Before installation and use, check whether the wiring is correct according to the wiring schematic diagram, adjust the action time of the time relay according to the requirements of the actual starting time of the motor, adjust the action current of the motor protector or thermal relay according to the rated working current of the motor, and then conduct the action test

5、 Automatic operation:
Turn on the power switch (the knife switch in the cabinet is above 80kW), the green indicator light is on, and turn the change-over switch to & ldquo; Auto & rdquo; At the position (above 80 kW), press the start button, the motor starts to start, the green indicator light goes out, the yellow light is on, and the time relay starts to work
After a certain time (i

the setting time of the time relay), the contact of the time relay is closed and the AC contactor is connected, that is, automatic switching to make the motor operate normally
At the same time, the yellow light goes out and the red light is on, press & ldquo; Stop & rdquo; Press the button and the motor stops working
Manually operate (above 80kW), close the knife switch, the green indicator light is on, and turn the replacement switch to & ldquo; Manual & rdquo; In the position, press & ldquo; Start & rdquo; Button, the motor starts to start, the green light goes out and the yellow light goes on
When the motor speed approaches the synchronous speed, that is, the pointer of the ammeter gradually drops to close to the rated current of the motor, and then press & ldquo; Operation & rdquo; Button, the motor starts to work normally, the yellow light goes out and the red light is on, press & ldquo; Stop & rdquo; That is, the motor stops working

Note 1: switching from start to operation must be carried out when the motor approaches the rated speed, otherwise it is easy to damage the contactor and is unfavorable to the transmission network

Note 2: during operation, if the motor protector and thermal relay act, carefully check whether the motor is overloaded and open phase, and continue to work until there is a fault
