The scope of application for recognition shall be within the scope specified in legal status documents, business license and qualification;

Promise to comply with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations, always abide by the relevant provisions of the recognition, and undertake the relevant legal responsibilities related to the recognition in accordance with the contract and legal provisions

The customer has established a documented management system in accordance with the requirements of relevant management system standards and laws and regulations
