Ink usage
Wg-005 curing agent 5-10% can be added to some materials as needed to enhance adhesion

Wipe with wj-003 treatment agent before printing to enhance gasoline resistance and adhesion

The contaminated material shall be cleaned or wiped with degreasing oil on the surface to facilitate excellent printing effect

In case of printing error, it shall be removed with wiping water and reprinted before it is completely dry

If the screen is blocked during printing, it should be cleaned with plate washing water before printing

When color registration is required, the color registration shall be carried out after the front color table is dry or hard dry

Adhesion, hardness, acid resistance, oil resistance, oil stain resistance, scratch resistance, wear resistance and other properties can be tested only after the ink layer is completely cured

Without permission, PCA series ink shall not be mixed with other types of ink and color matching
