1、 Structure of disc feeder
This machine is divided into open hanging type, closed hanging type, open seat type and closed seat type

Disc feeder is composed of driving device, feeder body, measuring belt conveyor and measuring device

The belt speed of the metering belt conveyor is less than 1m/s
In order to measure the belt speed, a speed detection device is set

Adjust the gap between the adjusting sleeve and the disc and adjust the position of the scraper to achieve the purpose of adjusting the feeding amount
The size of the receiving sleeve and the adjusting sleeve are determined by the hourly feeding amount of the disc feeder and the radius of the disc
The adjustment of the sleeve height is mainly driven up and down by the rotation of the threaded rods fixed on both sides of the sleeve
