2、 Structure type of TD bucket elevator
(1) Transmission device TD bucket elevator has two types of transmission devices, which are respectively equipped with YZ reducer or ZQ (YY) reducer

The caretaker must have general technical knowledge and be familiar with the performance of the machine

The use of this machine (characteristics, working conditions, conveying capacity, etc
of the conveyed materials) shall strictly comply with all the provisions of this manual

The user unit shall formulate the safe operation procedures for equipment maintenance and overhaul and submit them to the caretaker for compliance
The caretaker must have a shift change system and carefully check the work of each department of the hoist

There shall be a fixed feeding device to feed evenly into the machine
The feeding capacity of the feeding device shall be specified in “ Main technical specifications of hoist ” Within the range of conveying capacity listed, the lower section shall not be blocked by conveying materials due to excessive feeding

All doors must be fully closed during operation
Appropriate lighting devices shall be installed at the upper and lower sections and frequently opened inspection doors
In case of any fault during operation, the operation must be stopped immediately to eliminate the fault
If there is any defect that should not be eliminated immediately but has no great impact on the work, it shall be recorded and eliminated during maintenance

The caretaker should always check the working conditions of each part, but it is absolutely forbidden to clean and repair the moving part of the machine during operation

The screw tensioning device in the lower section shall be properly adjusted to keep the tape under normal working tension
The caretaker shall often observe the working condition of the hopper belt, and the damaged hopper shall be removed

The caretaker takes care of the machine mainly to observe its working state, cleaning, lubrication, inspection and adjustment and other sporadic work

The machine must be started under no load and stopped after unloading
