1 installation sequence:
Draw the center line → Installation rack (head frame → middle frame → tail frame) → Install the lower idler and reversing roller → Place the conveyor belt on the lower idler and install the upper idler → Install the tensioning device, driving roller and driving device → Bypass the conveyor belt around the head and tail rollers → Conveyor belt joint → Tensioning the conveyor belt → Install sweeper, etc

2 installation precautions:
①   All rollers, idlers and driving devices shall rotate flexibly after installation;
②   During the installation of heavy buffer idler, the preload of spring shall be ensured according to the drawing requirements;
③   When the conveyor belt is connected, the tensioning roller shall be placed at the front position and the conveyor belt shall be tightened as much as possible;
④   When installing the centering idler, make sure that the stop wheel is behind the roller in the running direction of the belt;
⑤   The spring cleaner and empty section cleaner shall be welded according to the positions specified in the general installation drawing
When the spring sweeper is welded with the frame, ensure that the working stroke of the compression spring is more than 20mm and that the cleaned materials can fall into the leakage
Various materials have different cleanability
Adjust the tightness of the compression spring according to the specific situation to change the pressure of the scraper on the conveyor belt, so that the adhesive can be cleaned without causing too much resistance

⑥   When installing the vertical tensioning device, cover the upper two reversing rollers with steel plate to prevent materials from scattering in the tensioning roller and damaging the conveyor belt;
⑦   The pressure between the guide chute and the conveyor shall be appropriate;
⑧   When installing the driving device, pay attention to the concentricity of the motor axis and the high-speed axis of the reducer, and ensure that the parallel radial displacement of the two halves of the nylon pin coupling is less than 0
1mm, and the axial clearance difference on the maximum circumference is less than 0
5m (the same is required for the nylon pin coupling with brake wheel)

Commissioning

1 before the newly installed conveyor is formally put into use, 2h no-load and 8h load test run shall be carried out
Before the test run, in addition to generally checking whether the installation of the conveyor meets the installation technical requirements, it is also necessary to check:
a
Sufficient lubricating oil shall be added to the reducer and electric drum as required;
b
Installation of limiters of sweeper and tripper sweeper: arrangement and wiring correctness of electrical signals and control devices;
c
Jog the motor and observe whether the rotation direction of the drum is correct

2 the following work shall be carried out during the test run:
a
Check that there is no obvious noise at all operating parts of the conveyor;
b
No abnormal temperature rise of each bearing;
c
Rotation and fastening of rollers and idlers;
d
Sweeping effect of sweeper;
e
There shall be no slippage in the case of unloading and reverse operation of the unloading car and after stopping;
f
There shall be no obvious impact when the unloading car passes through the rail joint;
g
The conveyor belt shall not rub with the tripper;
h
Flexibility and effect of self-aligning idler;
i
Tightness of conveyor belt;
j
All electrical equipment and buttons shall be sensitive and reliable;
k
Measure the belt speed, no-load power and full load power
