2、 Method of use
Flame retardant holposon & reg; PyroMan  The finishing method is dip rolling
It is better to do alkali decrement treatment before flame retardant treatment, so as to change the moisture absorption and hand feel of polyester, effectively remove the impurities on the fabric surface and significantly improve the flame retardant finishing effect

Process formula:
Flame retardant holposon & reg; PyroMan  40～80 g/L
Preparation of working fluid:
Add 70 ~ 80% water into the liquid distribution tank, and then add the flame retardant holposon & reg; Pyroman, stir, then add other additives (whether they affect the flame retardant effect needs to be tested in advance), add them to the specified scale and stir evenly
The prepared working fluid shall be applied in 8 hours

technological process:
Fabric ,& rarr; Two dipping and two rolling (rolling liquid rate 60 ~ 70%) → Drying (80 ~ 100 ℃) → Baking (170 ~ 190 ℃ & times; 1 ~ 3min) & rarr; Water washing → dry

Packing: 25kg, 60kg plastic barrel, storage period is 12 months
