1、 Problems in hospital center attraction system

The treatment capacity shall be considered, and the large one shall be selected instead of the small one, so as to ensure the smooth exhaust and avoid equipment failure caused by back pressure; Steam sterilization should also pay attention to the collection and treatment of steam condensate; If it is inconvenient to connect the steam pipeline, the independent steam generator can be selected or 75% alcohol can be injected for disinfection (the interface shall be reserved in the specific installation process)

The newly-built negative pressure suction system shall be equipped with stainless steel sterilization filter in front of the vacuum pump, one for use and one for standby, and the filter element shall be replaced regularly; The shell must be made of 304 stainless steel, the filter element material must be PTFE material that has passed the bubble point test, and the internal material of the filter can withstand steam pressure maintaining sterilization or disinfection water immersion treatment
Aluminum alloy ordinary filter can only block particles, can not filter bacteria and viruses, and can not be disinfected
It is recommended to replace it
