Preliminary preparations: a documented quality management system has been established; The quality management system has operated for more than three months; At least one internal quality management system audit and management review has been conducted, and the internal audit has covered all sites and standard terms; Provide quality manual and procedure documents

Exchange information with relevant persons
Through personnel mutual visits, telephone, fax, e-mail and other means to understand each other and determine the preliminary intention and feasibility of implementing certification

Submit certification application
Interested applicant organizations shall fill in the application form for quality management system certification and its annex certification information questionnaire
After the certification company passes the review, it will further contact the applicant organization, conduct on-site visit if necessary, understand the basic situation of the auditee and the establishment and implementation of the quality management system, and make a written quotation

Sign the contract
After obtaining the clear contract signing intention of the applicant organization and passing the contract review, both parties sign the quality management system certification service contract, and the certification company will appoint the audit team leader to be responsible for the development and implementation of audit activities from the effective date of the contract

Enter the first stage of audit (pre review)
The auditee shall send the officially issued quality management system manual and procedure documents to the certification company, and the audit team leader shall organize the on-site document review according to the certification requirements, and inform the auditee of the review results in writing
In case of any nonconformity, the auditee shall modify it until the corresponding requirements are met

Enter the second stage of audit (on-site audit)
The audit team will conduct on-site audit according to the certification plan
The audit requirements cover all the scope of the application for certification and meet all the requirements of ISO9001 quality management system standard
It shall be conducted in the form of sampling audit
In the second stage of audit, the nonconformities will be identified and required to be corrected
The on-site audit will give a written audit report, announce the on-site audit results and inform whether to recommend registration

Supervision (supervision and audit) after entering the certification
Arrange 3 times of supervision and audit within the validity period of the certificate
The first supervision and audit shall be conducted within 6-9 months (calculated from the completion date of the preliminary audit), and each time thereafter shall not exceed 12 months
The basic procedures shall refer to the initial on-site audit
According to the supervision and audit results, the certification company will make decisions on maintaining, expanding, narrowing, suspending and canceling the certification

Enter reevaluation (certificate renewal audit)
When the validity period of the certification certificate expires, the Licensee shall submit a re evaluation application to the certification company at least 3 months in advance
After passing the re evaluation, a new certificate shall be issued, and the re evaluation procedure shall be consistent with the certification procedure
The re evaluation can be combined with the last supervision and audit within the validity period
