Within one year before the application date, the applicant has not been punished by the local environmental protection authority and has obtained the law-abiding certificate from the environmental protection department; 2
Pollutant discharge shall comply with national or local pollutant discharge standards;

The products applied for certification belong to the list of environmental labeling products that can be certified published by the state;

Comply with the national environmental labeling product standards or technical requirements;

Normal batch production and stable technical indicators;

Establish environmental labeling product guarantee system;

It shall have the product quality certificate or product production license certificate, or the product quality certificate within one year issued by the inspection institution recognized by the standardization administrative department above the provincial level;

Environmental monitoring report within the validity period, including water, sound, gas, etc
