  Tuning fork / vibrator level controller is a new type of level switch, which is designed and manufactured based on the principle of sensor vibration
At the base of the induction rod of the sensor, the tuning fork rod is driven through a piezoelectric chip, and another piezoelectric chip receives the vibration signal, so that the vibration signal can be circulated and the induction rod resonates
When the material contacts the induction rod, the vibration signal gradually decreases until the resonance stops, and the control circuit will output the electrical contact signal
Due to the natural principle that the sensitivity of the induction rod decreases successively from the front end to the back seat, when the materials in the tank and around the barrel accumulate upward and touch the "rear" or discharge of the induction rod base, no error signal will be generated

In short, the tuning fork produces mechanical vibration under the excitation of piezoelectric crystal, which has a certain frequency and amplitude
When the tuning fork is immersed in liquid or solid, the vibration frequency and amplitude of the tuning fork will change
This frequency change is detected by the electronic circuit and outputs a switching value
