After many tests, the company and supporting manufacturers finally decided to adopt zirconium containing ceramic fiber module
The fixing bolt is wrapped in the thermal insulation material and there is still a distance from the hot surface, which solves the problem of high-temperature oxidation
This scheme has been affirmed by foreign customers in the elevator provided to foreign customers and has been used to this day

The refractory fiber material of our company is mainly applied to the bottom of the coke tank cover, that is, the side in contact with the coke oven
At present, the main refractory used for coke tank cover is zirconium containing ceramic fiber module, with temperature resistance of 1400 ℃
　　
At present, the zirconium containing ceramic fiber module for coke tank cover supplied and constructed by our company is mainly 300 * 300 * 200 / 180mm in size and 150 * 180 / 200 * 150mm at the edge
The actual situation is subject to the customer's coke tank cover drawing and equipped with 310S stainless steel anchor

Thermal insulation layer of coke tank cover in coking plant - modular composite furnace lining structure:
Insulation layer: total thickness 200mm / 180mm / 150mm;
Backing layer: ceramic fiber blanket jsgw-512, 20mm thick;
Hot surface: ceramic fiber module jsgw-589 with thickness of 180mm / 150mm is adopted;
Refractory cotton surface: apply a layer of high temperature curing agent

Interlayer compensation blanket: ceramic fiber blanket jsgw-512, using & ldquo; U” Type heat-resistant steel nail fixation;
