Exhibition procedure:
  For educational equipment enterprises recommended by the education system, exhibition publicity and key invitation, please fill in the application form and send it to the Organizing Committee Office;
  After receiving the application form, the Organizing Committee Office will contact and communicate in time, and the exhibitors are requested to submit relevant product description materials;
  Arrange the booth in the exhibition area according to the information provided by the exhibitors and confirm with the exhibitors;
  The organizing committee office sends the confirmation letter and exhibitor manual to the exhibitors;
  Exhibitors shall handle booth fees, participation matters, data preparation and submission and other matters in accordance with the requirements of the exhibition confirmation letter and the exhibitor's manual
