The outlet flow of the throttle valve is not only related to the opening of the adjusting nut (the size of the flow area), but also related to the differential pressure before and after the throttle valve
In order to ensure that the flow through the throttle valve does not change with the load, the measure at the other end is to keep the pressure difference before and after the throttle valve as an approximate constant when the load changes
The method is pressure compensation, so the speed regulating valve appears
There are two common methods of pressure compensation: one is to connect the differential pressure reducing valve and throttle valve in series to form a pressure reducing and throttle speed regulating valve; The other is to connect the differential relief valve and throttle valve in parallel to form an overflow throttle speed regulating valve
The stability of overflow speed regulating valve is not as good as that of pressure reducing speed regulating valve
It is only applicable to the imported throttle speed regulating hydraulic system with large power and low requirements for speed stability
