  The principle of the check valve is to make the oil turn on in the forward direction and cut off in the reverse direction (similar to the diode in the circuit)
According to the different valve core structure, the one-way valve can be divided into ball valve and cone valve
The ball valve has simple structure and convenient manufacture, but it has no guidance and poor sealing, so it is rarely used in general; Cone valve process requirements are strict, but the sealing performance is good
Most of the check valves used in the project are cone valve structure
According to whether the direction of oil inlet and outlet is the same, the check valve has two structures: straight through type and right angle type
The valve is mainly composed of valve core, valve body, valve seat, spring and other structures
When P1 enters the oil, the pressure oil pushes the valve core against the spring force to make the check valve open; When P2 feeds oil, the hydraulic pressure and spring force press the valve core on the valve seat, and the oil is in the cut-off state
The straight through check valve has the advantages of simple structure and small volume, but it is easy to have noise and vibration, and it is inconvenient to replace the spring
The right angle check valve in the figure below effectively reduces the vibration, and it is more convenient to replace the spring
