1、 The reliability evaluation of industrial buildings shall meet the following requirements:

Reliability evaluation shall be carried out under the following circumstances;
1) When it reaches the design service life and is intended to continue to be used;
2) When the use or use environment changes;
3) When carrying out reconstruction or capacity expansion, reconstruction or expansion;
4) When suffering from disasters or accidents;
5) There are serious quality defects or serious corrosion, damage and deformation

1) Study relevant documents in detail

3) Check the structural layout and structure, support system, structural members and connections, and detect the defects and damages of the structure in detail, including the defects and damages of the bearing structure or members, support rods and their connecting nodes

4) Check or measure the cracks, displacement or deformation of the load-bearing structure or member, and test the dynamic response and dynamic characteristics of the structure or member when there is a large dynamic load
