Jgn803 pouring steel bonding adhesive is a two-component modified epoxy structural adhesive
It is a special adhesive suitable for fixing first and then pouring steel bonding
It is mainly used for pouring construction of high-strength bonding surface

4、 Scope of application
Steel adhesive
· Bonding and reinforcement of steel plates by concrete members, masonry members and wood members
· Curtain wall installation, bonding and installation of marble, granite, ceramic tile, etc
· Repair and bonding of concrete members and steel members
Pouring steel glue
· Concrete components are reinforced with wet wrapped steel plates, and large-area steel plates are poured and bonded outside bridges and other components
· Grouting repair of concrete cracks (1-5mm) and internal defects (honeycomb and holes)
· Anchor bolts, secondary grouting of equipment base plate and epoxy resin self flowing floor construction
5、 Instructions for use
Steel adhesive
· Clean the surface of the substrate: polish the bonding roller to remove the laitance and loose layer on the surface, expose the new surface, blow off the dust with an air compressor, and then remove the dirt with acetone
· Derusting of steel plate surface: sand blasting, abrasive cloth or steel wire brush can be used for grinding and polishing until metallic luster appears
· Weigh the required amount according to a ∶ B = 3 ∶ 1, mix it fully, apply it on the surface of the steel plate to be bonded, the thickness is 1-3mm, and make the middle of the adhesive layer thick and the edge thin
· After the steel plate is pasted in place, it shall be fixed with chemical anchor bolts or expansion bolts immediately and properly pressurized
· Do not move the adhesive before the adhesive is cured, so as not to affect the bonding effect
Pouring steel glue

· Weigh the required amount according to the proportion, mix it fully, pour the mixed steel glue into the pressure pump and start the machine for pouring
Glue injection sequence shall be from bottom to top
