usage method

Dispensing

Potting
  Slowly pour the prepared lk333 servo motor potting glue into the workpiece (or the mold containing the workpiece) with appropriate tools
When casting the coil or workpiece with small gap, it shall be preheated and dehumidified in advance, which is conducive to the internal infiltration of the coil and obtain an insulating layer without air gap
If the automatic glue filling machine is used, special attention shall be paid to the matching between the metering pump gear and the filler

Curing
Place the workpiece poured with servo motor potting glue at 80-85 ℃ for 2 hours and 60 ℃ for 3-4 hours to harden

 
Packaging and storage
  Lk333 servo motor potting glue component A is in large mouth iron drums, with a net weight of 20kg per package; Component B shall be sealed and packaged in plastic barrels

  The original packaging shall be stored in a dry, cool and ventilated room at 25 ℃, and the storage period shall be three months from the date of delivery
