The stirring port of the esterification polycondensation reactor is equipped with a magnetic stirrer, the feeding port is equipped with a screw plug, the upper discharge port is equipped with a needle valve with a bottom tube inserted in the reactor, the vacuum port is equipped with a needle valve, the temperature measurement and control port is equipped with a protective tube and platinum resistance in the reactor, the safety explosion-proof port of the pressure gauge is equipped with a pressure gauge and a safety explosion-proof sheet, the inlet and outlet of the cooling coil in the reactor are equipped with a water nozzle, and the lower discharge port is equipped with a ball valve

Notes for use of esterification polycondensation reactor: 1 The nuts on the kettle cover shall be disassembled with symmetrical and uniform force
It is not allowed to loosen or tighten one nut at a time
In order to prevent the bolt and nut from seizing, the screw shall be soaked with oil before installation

The cooling water temperature under the magnetic drive shall be controlled below 60 ℃
If the water temperature is too high, the water supply flow rate shall be increased
