This design and material shall have the ability to withstand at least 95% RTS (OPGW)

The tension clamp shall be able to withstand the allowable short-circuit current of OPGW design without overheating and loss of mechanical strength of the clamp

The provided grounding jumper assembly must include a special grounding wire, an aluminum alloy parallel groove clamp with one end closely matched with OPGW, and a grounding clamp with the other end connected with the tower
