（4） Measurement method:

1) Open the tool box door on the left side of the instrument and take out the accessories

2) Check that the pointer of the ammeter should be at the scale line
If it is not at the starting position, slowly adjust the adjusting button in the middle under the ammeter with a screwdriver to make the pointer point at the starting line

3) Remove the battery cover at the bottom of the instrument, install the battery (two R20 cells) according to the + and - grade marks on the battery, and install the battery cover back to its original state

4) Install the rocker pressure bar, and insert the material tray into the material receiving hole

Startup and adjustment
1) Press the power switch to “ On ” Position, the power indicator light is on, and the meter pointer should be on the starting line of the scale
If the pointer is lower than the starting line, adjust the knob of the zero adjustment potentiometer, which can be adjusted up and down to make the pointer stop on the starting line

2) To adjust the full scale, press and hold the adjustment button with the left hand and adjust the full scale knob with the right finger to make the meter pointer on the full scale line
Release the adjustment button and the pointer should return to the starting line

If there are different full-scale bits and start bits that can be adjusted repeatedly, the pointer must be in the correct position

measurement:
1) Sampling and grinding use a sampling spoon to take a full scoop of grain samples (remove the dirt, stones, mud and other impurities), open the mill cover, and pour the grain samples into the mill
(in case of corn, use the balance to weigh 1
5g or take a spoonful and a half) close the mill cover, turn the handle (if the corn can fit the mill cover, press the corn with your fingers) and grind the grain slowly
At this time, the grain sample has fallen into the holding tray, and use a brush to brush the grain adhered by the mill into the holding tray

2) Measure the indicated value of electricity meter
  Insert the material tray containing the crushed grain into the measuring hole, install the pressure bar and press it down to the positioning position
The pointer of the electricity meter is deflected to the right by an angle, and the indicated value of the electricity meter can be read from the scale corresponding to the grain variety on the starting line

3) Temperature correction value and calculation
  Directly read the correction value of + or - on the thermometer, and it is +0
1% (that is, the measured indicated value of the ammeter plus 0
1%) to read a small space upward from the middle interval of 0
Read down from 0 is (minus ± 1% data)
Generally, the instrument does not use 105 ℃ constant weight method for comparison measurement
As long as the indicated value of the electricity meter and the temperature correction value are added and subtracted, the result is the moisture value of the measured grain

Example 1: the reading of the indicated value of the electricity meter is 16
