Hhsc-i electronic water gauge is a new generation of digital sensor
It uses the principle of weak conductivity of water to measure the water level of electrode, obtain data, and transmit it after digital coding, indexing, sampling and digital processing by CPU
The unique advantage is that the error is not affected by environmental factors and only depends on the electrode spacing
The measurement accuracy is high, stable and reliable, and easy to use
It avoids the shortcomings of zero *, temperature *, water quality and weeds of the traditional water level sensor
Signals can be transmitted through a variety of transmission modes
This product can be widely used for water level monitoring in water conservancy and hydropower projects such as rivers, lakes, reservoirs, hydropower stations, irrigation areas and water transmission
It can also be used for water level monitoring in municipal projects such as tap water, urban sewage and road ponding
It is especially suitable for occasions where the water level variation is not very large, such as hydrology, urban waterlogging, urban road ponding, irrigation channels and so on
1、 Basic principles
Hhsc-i electronic water gauge is designed for water level measurement in harsh environment with high water level accuracy requirements
The electrode type electronic water gauge is composed of five parts: electrode circuit board, acquisition CPU, electrode and shell, and water level scale plate
Highly optimized and equally divided electrode, electrode circuit board, acquisition CPU and water level scale plate are sealed in the shell; The highly optimized and equally divided electrode contact is connected with the shell circuit board and the acquisition CPU through the circuit board
Enter the low-power mode in the normal standby state and turn off the power supply of the measurement circuit module
On the one hand, it realizes ultra-low power consumption and provides convenience for the power supply of field batteries
On the other hand, it prolongs the service life
When it is necessary to measure, power on each module, and measure after detecting that the operation state of each module is normal
During the measurement of this product, the acquisition CPU starts to send out pulse control signal, and the chip in the switching circuit board generates scanning sequence
It starts to scan downward from the top of the water gauge
When the electrode with a scale equal to the water surface is triggered, it sends out stop scanning signal
The data measured by the water gauge is calculated by the calculation formula and transmitted to the external data acquisition instrument through the data lead
The water gauge is calculated to measure the distance to the person on the water surface, Then convert it into corresponding data
The upper acquisition instrument can carry out remote transmission on the display screen and RTU with microcontroller, computer terminal or voice alarm device

The command format of the host is slave address, function code, starting address, number of bytes and CRC code

The data in the data area is binary code, two bytes, with the high bit first
CRC codes are two bytes, with the low order first

The data is two bytes, and the high-order byte comes first

The number of read points in the host format can be 01 or 02 (02 is for compatibility with some protocols)
The function code (03) and the number of read unit bytes (02) in the slave answer frame remain unchanged
The inspection content of CRC includes everything from the address to the CRC check code

6、 Installation method
Method 1: suspension method
Fix the PVC or steel pipe on the wall and the edge of the reservoir, and hang the water gauge in the fixed pipe with bolts
This method is applicable to situations where the wall is not flat and there is possibility of man-made damage
Method 2: bolt fixation
It is directly fixed on the flat wall with stainless steel expansion bolts
This method is suitable for flat walls where there is no possibility of man-made damage
