how it works
The cleaner is installed on the frame of the belt conveyor through two supports to make the transmission roller contact with the non working surface of the conveyor return belt and generate appropriate pressure
When the conveyor is running, the friction is used to make the driving idler rotate with the conveyor, and the cleaning roller brush is driven to rotate through the driving chain
The rotation direction of the cleaning roller brush is opposite to the movement direction of the return belt, so as to bounce off the attachments adhered to the working surface of the return belt to achieve the purpose of cleaning
