1、 Working principle:
Zgb-ii drawer flame arrester is designed and manufactured based on the principle that the flame extinguishes due to heat loss when it passes through the narrow pores of the thermal conductor

It is applicable to combustible gas pipeline, such as storage tank or flare system of gasoline, kerosene, light diesel, benzene, * and other oil products, gas purification and communication system, gas analysis system, coal mine gas discharge system, pipe network of heating furnace fuel gas, and pipeline supplies of acetylene, oxygen, nitrogen and natural gas
The valve can be used together with the breather valve or separately

4、 Installation and maintenance:

Drawer type flame arrester is generally installed vertically on the top of the oil tank and connected according to the flange standard requirements;

The flame arrester shall be inspected once every six months to check whether the flame arrester core is blocked, colored, corroded, etc

In order to facilitate on-site installation, our company has adjusted the fire retardant core, which is not affected by the direction of passing gas
It can be directly installed on the required pipeline according to the flange standard on site;

The flame arrester is generally installed at a position about 5-10m away from the combustion furnace, which can be installed horizontally or vertically;

The pipeline installed by the flame arrester must be clean, and there shall be no impurities, dirt and other things blocking the gap of the flame arrester core, which will affect the normal use of the flame arrester
In order to ensure the fire resistance effect of the arrester, the flame arrester needs to be checked regularly and the fire resistance core parts need to be cleaned
If the fire retardant core is used for too long (more than two years) and damaged, it shall be replaced with a new fire retardant core in time
