If the construction section is flat, this connection method is no problem

Chain connection is the most cost-effective connection method currently used
It is convenient to connect without complex hair process
Just put the chain into the U-shaped card, insert it into the card slot reserved in advance by the pipe, and screw it up
The construction is simple and fast, and the connection strength is high
Generally, it takes only 2 minutes to connect two pipelines
Moreover, this connection method is very easy to adjust in case of uneven road surface or slow bending
The chain can be extended and retracted to make the pipeline better fit the road surface, so this connection is the most commonly used one at present

flange connection
Flange connection was first used
The diameter of escape pipe is DN800, and the price of 800 flange is high
This connection requires a hot-melt flanging process on both sides of the pipe, because the escape pipe uses ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, which has a melting point of 210 DEG; It takes about 1 hour for the whole connection process to come down, because the hot melting time is long and the pipe has to be cooled and the flange has to be screwed
Therefore, this connection method is not only costly but also time-consuming and labor-consuming, and is not recommended

snap connection and wafer type metal connection
The two connection methods of snap connection and wafer type metal part connection belong to the same category, but the structures of the two fittings are different
This connection requires no deviation in the outer diameter and wall thickness of the pipe, but the UHMWPE escape pipe will have an eccentricity of 1% after the production of the finished product, which is within the normal range
This will affect the connection in this way
No two pipes have the same eccentricity, and there will be an invisible deviation with the naked eye
So it will be difficult to connect
Not recommended
