Scope of application:

usage method
This product is applicable to all metal or electroplated parts on the market
It is used at normal temperature
It is soaked in the solution for about 1-5 minutes
All parts of the workpiece should be completely covered during soaking
Shake the workpiece from time to time during the soaking period, and then put it directly into the centrifuge for drying
After being put forward for drying at normal temperature for 5-10 minutes, put it into the dryer for drying (the drying temperature is 160 ℃, and the time is about 25-30 minutes)
Or spray or brush evenly and dry for 5-10 minutes before baking (any test can be done after 24 hours)
matters needing attention

It is forbidden to use containers filled with acid and alkali to load this product
So as not to affect the quality,
2 correctly grasp and judge the concentration of the soaking solution
If a rainbow appears on the low surface of the product after soaking, it indicates that the concentration of the solution is too high, and pure water should be added appropriately for dilution
If local color spots appear after soaking, it indicates that the concentration of the solution is too low, and the product should be added appropriately and soaked again

The drying temperature is 80-120 ℃, and the time is 10-15 minutes
4 if the product is found to have brittle lines, it indicates that the drying temperature is too high or the drying time is too long

Operation process : Degreasing and derusting or electroplating - washing - drying - 75533 sealing - centrifuge drying - place at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before drying
The drying temperature of 130-180 degrees is preferred - cooling packaging
