How to use water-based plastic ink:  
1、 Product features  
1、   Excellent printing performance: this ink has low printing viscosity and is suitable for high-speed printing

3、 Usage  
1、   Dilution solvent: water and alcohol
Alcohol is a fast drying agent and water is a slow drying agent
The addition ratio should be adjusted appropriately according to the printing speed
2、   On machine viscosity: chaen 3 × cup 14-18 seconds  
3、   Cleaning operation: Please scrub with water immediately after shutdown
After scrubbing with diluted solvent, a small amount of residual traces can be wiped off with oily mixed solvent
4、 Precautions for use

As the physical and chemical properties are different from solvent based inks, shallow printing should be selected as far as possible in plate making conditions to improve the drying speed

The drying temperature should be 45-60 degrees, and the air volume should be large, so that the ink transferred to the plastic film can be dried quickly and the odor residue can be reduced

When the outside temperature is too low, try not to add water to avoid affecting the drying speed and causing adhesion; When the outside temperature is too high, adjust the proportion of water to avoid blocking the plate
