The difference between the two distances is the thickness of the measured object

In order to ensure the measurement accuracy, the conveyor belt is not allowed to shake up and down

Basic structure of thickness gauge:

Laser probe is a measuring sensor, which is used to collect the thickness of the measured object
The laser probe is installed on the sliding block of the linear guide slide assembly
When the stepping motor drives the sliding block to move back and forth, the laser probe scans and measures along the width direction of the measured object
The calculation, display and scanning action control of the thickness gauge are completed by the control box, and the calculation results are displayed on the LCD
A red LED light bead is installed on the control box
When the measured data is out of tolerance, the light bead will light up and give an alarm
