1、 Working principle:

After the power is turned on, turn on the power switch, close the two doors, and the system starts to work normally
When the outer door is opened, the other inner door is automatically locked
When employees enter the airlock chamber, they must close the outer door before opening the inner door, and then close the inner door

When a door is not closed after 10 seconds of opening, the buzzer will give a prompt sound (Beep Beep Beep) to remind the user to close the door

When one door is opened for 180 seconds, the other door will unlock automatically
In case of emergency, press the reset key to open the door

In case of power failure, the electric control lock will be automatically unlocked and both doors can be opened

2、 Installation method:

Installation of electric lock: open a round hole with a diameter of 30mm (installation hole of electric lock) on the door frame, insert the connecting wire of electric lock according to the slot direction, and then insert the lock body, then drill two 4
2mm round holes according to the fixing hole on the lock body panel, and fix them with 4 * 10mm core pulling aluminum rivets or 4mm screws

Lock plate installation: after the lock body is installed, determine the position of the lock plate according to the position of the lock body panel, and then open a circular hole with a diameter of 30mm on the side of the door according to the shape of the lock plate (Note: this hole is not in the center of the lock plate, but should be moved 5mm to the center side), put the lock plate into the center of the electronic lock tongue, and then fix the lock plate in the same way

Installation of indicator light: the indicator light is installed next to or in an eye-catching position, and the opening size is 130mm * 50mm
The indicator light is equipped with two interfaces, which can be inserted into any one

Installation of control box: fix the control box on the top of the air lock room, connect the two connecting wires with the electric control lock respectively, and connect the 220V power supply for normal use

3、 Precautions:
1、  The interlock must be used with door closer or ordinary door lock

2、  It is better to install three hinges to prevent the door from sagging, so as not to affect the uniformity of the door and lock

3、  When the door gap is large, use shims to adjust the gap between the lock and the stainless steel lock plate

4、  The lock plate must be aligned with the electric lock panel, and the transmitting area and receiving area must be on the same side

5、  Please pay attention to the direction when inserting the connecting line into the lock body and control box

6、  The electric lock can be installed above the door frame or on the side of the door frame
