Titanium silicon molecular sieve (TS-1)

Titanium silicalite (TS-1) and ZSM-5 are isomorphic and belong to MFI topology, so they also have a unique cross channel system of ten membered rings
The difference is that ZSM-5 molecular sieve is equivalent to that some skeleton silicon atoms are isomorphically replaced by aluminum atoms, while TS-1 is equivalent to that some skeleton silicon atoms are isomorphically replaced by titanium atoms
The skeleton titanium atom of TS-1 can activate hydrogen peroxide to epoxidate olefins and ammoxidize cyclohexanone
In addition, the catalytic system composed of TS-1 and dilute hydrogen peroxide can also lead to the selective oxidation of alcohols and alkanes and the hydroxylation of phenol
