The required equipment is simple
It is used for the surface dyeing treatment of copper materials such as red copper, brass, beryllium copper and bronze and electroplated copper
The copper parts treated by this product become black and bright, and can be used in antique hangtag, plumbing, optical instruments and Antique craft, electronic products and other industries!
Blackening process: degreasing → Wash with water → Activation & rarr; Wash with water → Soaking 415 copper blackening → Wash with flowing water * clean → Direct closure

Degreasing: before blackening the copper products, please make sure that the oil stain on the surface is removed
You can use degreasing agent or detergent to clean the oil stain cleaning agent (if there is oxidation and rust on the copper surface, you can pickle it) and then clean it with clean water before further activation

Activation: the immersion time of copper activator is about 2-3 minutes (the activation time is not specified until the workpiece surface is clean)

Blackening: the soaking time should not be too long or too short (easy to cause adverse effect)
The higher the concentration, the darker the color, and the faster the coloring
Blackening usage ratio: stock solution operation (about 30 seconds to 2 minutes at room temperature, subject to black)
For the old and light color of copper, it can be operated as follows: mix the stock solution with 2-6 times of water, and wash it with flowing water at room temperature for 30 seconds-6 minutes (visually lift the desired primary color for the next process)

Sealing: after blackening, wash it with flowing water and dry the water with hot air
It can be used according to the following corresponding sealing agent methods:
75577 water soluble sealer: after blackening, dry the water with hot air, mix the ratio of sealer to water (1-2 parts of water), soak the workpiece for about 5-10 seconds, take it out and dry it at 60-80 ℃ for about 5 minutes or dry it after sealing
The self drying time of sealer is about 30 minutes
After drying, use 919 or 76913 antirust oil or lubricating oil Soak the oil for about 5 minutes
(this sealing agent has a film layer with good wear resistance)
75566 sealer: after blackening and drying with hot air, put the workpiece into 75566 sealer and soak it for about 2-3 minutes
After taking it out, put the workpiece separately and stand still for 10 minutes, dry it with 50-60 for 3-5 minutes, stand still for 30 minutes and soak it with antirust oil for 5 minutes
If there is no drying equipment, spread out the workpiece and dry it for about 30 minutes to 1 hour, After drying, soak in 919 or 76913 antirust oil or lubricating oil or engine oil for about 5 minutes
(this sealing agent has a film layer with good wear resistance)
75533 sealing agent: after blackening, dry the water with hot air, put the workpiece into 75533 sealing agent and touch it for 2-3 minutes
Shake the workpiece gently during soaking, then take it out and shake it evenly with a centrifuge, and then put it into the dryer and bake it at 150-170 degrees for about 10-15 minutes
If better rust prevention performance is required, Soaking with 919 or 76913 antirust oil or lubricating oil or engine oil 30 minutes after the completion of sealing can greatly increase the anti-oxidation performance (the thickness of the workpiece surface will be increased after the use of all sealing agents, and dehydrated antirust oil should be selected for precision parts)
After blackening, it is necessary to blow dry the water before sealing (this sealing oil is oily, with good gloss and general wear resistance)
If the workpiece is large and cannot be soaked, you can use a clean cloth to dip an appropriate amount of sealing agent during sealing, and evenly apply an appropriate amount of sealing agent on the blackened workpiece surface
After sealing, you can soak or apply a layer of antirust oil after drying or natural drying!
