The concentration of working fluid will gradually decrease during use, and the dehydration effect will also slow down
The tank should be changed regularly
The frequency of tank change is generally determined by the actual use results

 
3、 Precautions for use of 75504 dehydrating agent:
After putting the workpiece into the tank for 10-30 seconds, it can be washed or not washed after dehydration treatment (depending on the actual situation)
If it is not washed after dehydration treatment, it can be taken out of the tank slowly after treatment (remember that the speed of discharging the tank should not be too fast)
If it is washed after dehydration treatment (it is recommended to wash with pure water) for 3 times, Take it out slowly from the water washing tank for the last time (remember that the speed of taking out the tank should not be too fast, otherwise it will affect the dehydration effect or cause water stains on the workpiece surface), and then bake it according to the needs (it is recommended to control it at about 80-100 degrees), and the drying time is about 10-15 minutes
