1、 Nature and function
Copper and copper aluminum alloys have good physical and mechanical properties such as heat transfer, conductivity and calendering, but they are unstable in air and easy to oxidize
After treatment with 75501 passivator (also known as copper sealing agent, copper anti discoloration agent and copper anti oxidant) produced by our company, the corrosion resistance, anti discoloration and anti-oxidation ability of copper and copper aluminum alloy can be improved
A passivation film can be formed on the surface to prevent the surface from darkening, and the welding performance will not be affected after passivation

 
2、 Slotting and process
Dosage: 5% - 10% (1 part of 75501 with about 10-20 parts of clean water) ,
Time: 3-5min
Temperature: 20-50 ℃
 
3、 Instructions for use
75501 passivator is an anti-oxidation process after Zui in the copper polishing process
During use, the workpiece should be soaked in Yao agent and shaken slightly so that the workpiece can fully contact Yao agent
The Yao agent has no pungent smell, simple operation and high production efficiency
However, after the workpiece is treated with Yao water, the surface needs to be cleaned with clean water or pure water, otherwise it will affect the surface of the workpiece

 
4、 Technological process
Degreasing → Wash twice → Electroplating or polishing → Wash twice → Passivation & rarr; Wash twice → Drying (the temperature cannot be higher than 100 ℃)
be careful:
If there is white cotton like suspended solids in the working solution during use, it means that the concentration is too high
It can be solved as long as water or temperature are added appropriately
If it does not affect the appearance, it can also be used as usual without affecting the quality
