If it is low, slowly add 25% sodium hydroxide solution for adjustment
If high, adjust with 25% dilute XiaoSuan

In the production process, the workpiece falling into the tank should be taken out immediately
Because the passivation is an acidic liquid, it will continue to react with the falling workpiece, resulting in the increase of iron ion concentration in the tank liquid and reducing the service time and corrosion resistance of the tank liquid

The pH of continuous production tank liquid will gradually rise with the passivation time
When the pH rises to Chao over the operating range, the workpiece will be defective, and the pH changes rapidly, which is sensitive to the impact of passivation film
At this time, ty-218 and XiaoSuan should be added in time
