  2、 Operation method: workpiece & rarr; Degreasing → Cx-110 rust remover → Wash with tap water → Soak in antirust water for antirust,
Antirust water ratio: recommended antirust water ratio: 1017-b stock solution mixed with water 1:1-10 times, 73145-10# mixed with water 1:1-10 times 75599 water soluble antirust oil mixed with water 1:10-50 times

3、 Maintenance precautions:

When the derusting capacity decreases, add 10% of normal temperature steel oil and rust remover with tank liquid volume as appropriate for maintenance, which is repeated without adding tap water;

If there is crystal precipitation at the bottom of the tank, it can be removed and can continue to be used after removal
If the use effect is reduced, it can be properly added for maintenance;

When a new oil and rust remover for normal temperature steel is added and the effect is not obvious, it is recommended to change the tank;
4
After the iron and steel parts are cleaned by degreasing and derusting water, rust prevention treatment shall be carried out immediately to prevent the workpiece from rusting again;
5
When the solution and rust remover are not in use, please seal them with a cover;
