Stainless steel passivator
Introduction:
Stainless steel itself has good rust prevention and salt spray resistance, but it still can not meet the requirements of actual production after some destructive operations or high requirements
Therefore, our company has developed a stainless steel rust prevention passivator (75599) to solve this problem
The salt spray resistance of the stainless steel treated with this product can reach 24-240 hours, and the neutral salt spray test will not rust
Operation process:
Stainless steel cleaning and degreasing & mdash; Large brush or passivation (599); Direct drying (no washing) & mdash; Cooling packaging
Use parameters:
Concentration: 5-20% (generally 10%
Please dilute it with pure water, load the working fluid with rubber box or stainless steel dissolver, and heat it with stainless steel heating rod
If the oil feeling is too heavy, the concentration can be reduced, and if the anti rust and anti salt fog ability does not meet the standard, it can be appropriately improved)
Soaking time: 1-3 minutes
Working fluid temperature: normal temperature tap water
Drying temperature: do not Chao exceed 100 ℃, the time is not fixed, as long as the white working liquid disappears
In order to achieve the ideal effect, the drying time is controlled until the white water drops disappear and the workpiece surface has a slight oil feeling
If the temperature is too high and the time is too long, the rust prevention ability will be greatly reduced
If the anti rust ability is not ideal, the concentration can be increased, and if the oil feeling is too heavy, the depth can be reduced
Those with high appearance requirements can be slightly washed and then dried after sealing, (the rust prevention ability is relatively reduced after washing)

Note: before passivating the workpiece, the electroplating solution needs to be cleaned
The moisture of the workpiece will reduce the concentration of the working solution
When processing a certain amount of workpiece, check the concentration of the working solution so as to add 75599
The method is: heat the working solution to about 50 ℃, stir it evenly, take 90ml working solution with 100ml measuring cup (100ml layered bottle is recommended), add 10ml concentrated hydrochloric acid, press and hold the mouth of the measuring cup and shake it up and down for more than ten times, (be careful not to leak out the working fluid inside, otherwise it may be inaccurate
) after shaking and standing for a few minutes, you can see that the working fluid is divided into two layers
The upper layer is oily and its content is the concentration of the working fluid
For example, if the oil content of that layer is 15ml, it means that the concentration of the working fluid is 15%
According to the detected concentration, control whether it is necessary to add 75599 or water to the working fluid (this operation is for reference only, and it is mostly added according to the calculated amount in actual production)
