Attention before blackening: before blackening, pay attention to oil removal and rust removal

Application method of sealant:
919-1# dehydrated antirust oil (use of stock solution): the blackened workpiece can be taken out after being soaked in dehydrated antirust oil for 5-7 minutes (gently shaking the workpiece during soaking) after gently absorbing the water on the surface with cloth or paper towel or drying with hot air
(bright after use, suitable for precision parts, convenient and fast operation and moderate wear resistance) (in special cases, after washing with black water and drying for 2-3 minutes, you can directly put it into dehydrated antirust oil, touch it for 5 minutes, and then take it out to dry)

75566 sealing agent (use of stock solution): after washing and drying the water with black water, soak the workpiece in 75566 sealing agent for about 2-3 minutes (you can also stick an appropriate amount of sealing agent with a clean cloth and apply an appropriate amount of sealing agent on the surface of the workpiece), After taking out, leave the workpieces separately for 10 minutes, dry them 50-60 for 3-5 minutes, soak them in antirust oil for 5 minutes or dry them by themselves (the sealing agent has good wear resistance of the film)
The self drying time of the sealing agent is about 1-2 hours
After drying, soak them in 919 or 76913 antirust oil, lubricating oil and engine oil for about 5 minutes

75533 sealing agent (use of stock solution): after washing and drying the water with black water, put the workpiece into 75533 sealing agent and touch it for 2-3 minutes
Shake the workpiece slightly during soaking, then take it out and throw it evenly with a centrifuge, and then put it into the dryer and bake it at 150-170 ℃ for about 10-15 minutes
If better rust prevention performance is required, After 30 minutes of sealing, soaking with 919 or 76913 antirust oil or lubricating oil or engine oil can greatly increase the antirust performance (the surface thickness of the workpiece will be increased after all sealing agents are used, and dehydrated antirust oil shall be selected for precision parts)
After blackening, the water must be blown dry before sealing (this sealing oil is oily, with good gloss and general wear resistance)
