Usage: wear gloves before use - remove the oil first, regardless of whether the aluminum parts have oil or not (if the oil is not serious, the oil can be removed with detergent and hot water), Then wash dry with flowing water --- soak 6061 aluminum activator (within 20 seconds - 2 minutes, generally try soaking for 20-30 seconds first, wash the workpiece with flowing water quickly after taking it out, and then seal it if the effect is satisfactory
If the effect is not satisfactory, re soak 6061 activator for a relatively longer time, not the longer the immersion is, the better, because everyone's work pieces and content are different, and the cleaning time needs to be adjusted according to the actual situation) --- water washing (clean is good) ---Sealing (it is recommended to dilute 1:1-2 times with water for sealing, use immersion, and do not wash with water after using sealing agent) -- then dry it naturally or dry it (drying temperature 80-100 ℃)
If it is not dried, do not touch it for a short time, because the sealing layer is not stable It is recommended to use it after 24 hours
