1、 Introduction:
417 Copper Green aging agent is an alkaline system, which is used in combination with 415 copper room temperature blackening agent of our company
It has better antique effect
It can form bronze green with different depths on copper and electroplated copper parts
It has pure color and good adhesion
It is used for furniture, lamps, hardware decoration, etc

 
2、 Usage:
First use degreaser or detergent to clean the oil stain on the copper parts → Then wash it with water → Put it directly into the activator and soak it for 5 minutes, & rarr; Take it out and wash it → Directly put 415 copper to blacken and soak for 5-60 seconds (it's OK to see the surface turn black) & rarr; Take it out and wash it → Dry → Then directly put 417 Turquoise & rarr; Soak for 10 seconds → Take it out and let it dry for 30-120 minutes

Note: if you think it is not green enough, soak 417 again and dry it (then wash it with water)
Use the original sealing agent solution
After sealing, take it out to dry and blow dry

 
3、 Process parameters:
Concentration: use of stock solution
Time: complete immersion for 1-10 seconds
Temperature: normal temperature
 
4、 Key points of process:
Note: This set can be blackened and antique or made of copper and aluminum
Our 415 copper blackening agent is used for antique blackening
If you need to make the background color black and anchor green, you need to use 415 copper to blacken and then 417 copper green
If you only make black antique, 417 Copper Green Yao water can not be used

1、  417 Copper Green needs our 415 copper room temperature blackening agent for blackening and priming
Select the appropriate concentration and soaking time
Depending on the requirements, the background color can be made into different colors such as light red, blue and dark black
After different background colors are applied, the depth of copper green is different
The darker the background color is, the darker the copper green is; On the contrary, copper green is lighter and whiter

2、  After blackening, wash it with water, directly immerse it in 417 Copper Green aging agent, and take it out when it is completely immersed
It is easy to bite the bottom for a long time, affecting the adhesion
After soaking the aeruginosa, shake off the excess floating liquid slightly to avoid excessive accumulation of aeruginosa at the trench joint
It cannot be washed before natural drying

The generation of copper green is related to the ambient temperature, low temperature, high humidity and slow growth of copper green; If the temperature is too high and the surface dries too fast, it is not easy to produce copper green
In winter, you can choose the sun; In summer, it should be placed in a cool place until the formation of aeruginosa
