construction technology

The base course must be firm, flat and free of dust, oil stain and other debris; If the foundation surface has pores, cracks and other defects, it must be repaired first; Ensure that the foundation surface is fully wet without open water

Batching: first pour the liquid and powder into the container successively, use mechanical stirring (400-500 RPM), fully stir for 3-5 minutes until a uniform slurry without raw powder and particles is generated, and then use it after standing for 10 minutes

Coating: generally, it needs to be painted for 2-3 times (depending on the design requirements)
The thickness of each painting shall not exceed 1mm
Generally, the interval shall be 2-5 hours (whichever is not touched by hands)
The front and rear vertical cross painting shall be carried out

Curing: during construction in high temperature season in summer, it is recommended to cover the coating with fine mist water spray or wet cloth for 2-3 days from the second day after coating, and the closed water test can be carried out after one week

· It is suitable for construction in the environment of 5 ℃ - 40 ℃, avoiding strong direct sunlight and rain;
· Do not add water to this product
Do not mix this product with other materials;
