2、 Main work flow of L-CNG filling station
The main work flow of the newly introduced L-CNG filling station of our company is to transport LNG to the filling station and store it, convert LNG into CNG through LNG high-pressure plunger pump and LNG high-pressure vaporizer, and fill CNG tank car
The main work flow of L-CNG filling station includes the following points:
· Unloading process: pressure unloading (self pressurized unloading) is adopted, that is, the LNG gasified in the unloading supercharger is returned to the tank car storage tank, and the pressure difference between the tank car storage tank and the LNG storage tank in the gas station is increased to realize unloading
· LNG pressurization process: liquid pressurization mainly adopts high-pressure plunger pump, which pressurizes LNG to 25MPa
After the high-pressure plunger pump is started, it will not run directly, but there is a precooling process
This process is to automatically flow the LNG in the storage tank into the high-pressure plunger pump through the pipeline
When the temperature in the high-pressure plunger pump reaches - 162 ℃, it will be started to pressurize the LNG liquid
· Gasification and gas filling process: pressurized LNG is transported to high-pressure air temperature gasifier through pipeline, gasified into CNG, and then gas is added to CNG tank car
The gasified CNG becomes a high-pressure gas with a temperature of - 5 ℃
In order to prevent the low outlet temperature of the high-pressure air temperature gasifier in winter and rainy days, which is easy to freeze in the pipeline, block and damage the subsequent pipeline, a high-pressure water bath gasifier is usually connected in series at the outlet end of the high-pressure air temperature vaporizer to heat the medium in the pipeline when necessary, and the CNG temperature after reheating can reach 5-10 ℃
3、 Conclusion:
L-CNG filling station can be separated from the construction of natural gas pipeline network, creating conditions for the development of natural gas vehicles in areas without pipeline network
Secondly, L-CNG filling station does not use high-pressure compressor and replaces it with low-temperature pump, which greatly reduces the operation cost, investment cost and floor area
