Sbr-1 flexibility tester and plug gauge are designed and developed according to the requirements of JT / t529-2004 plastic bellows for prestressed concrete bridges
They are necessary equipment to detect the flexibility of bellows
The flexibility tester is made of stainless steel and has adjustable function, which can meet the detection of bellows with different diameters

3、 Method of use

According to the selected test sample, adjust the curved fan plate to the appropriate size, and tighten the screws for fixation

Fix a 1100mm long sample vertically on the test platform and fix the baffle

Within the range of sample height above 900mm, slowly bend the sample by hand to both sides to the position of arc formwork

The left and right are bent back and forth for 5 times

After the bending test, use the corresponding specification of bellows plug gauge to pass through the sample, observe whether the plug gauge can pass through the bellows smoothly, and judge whether the sample is qualified

Note:

The left and right are bent back and forth for 5 times, not for 5 times respectively

Hold for 2min after bending for the fourth time, and then complete the fifth bending test vertically
